Application Fields
Nanocrystalline Ribbons can substitute silicon steel, permalloy and ferrite, as excellent material in transformer cores for high frequency switch mode power supplies, current transformer cores for electric industry, transformer cores for ground-fault-interrupters, cores for filters, storage inductors, and reactors, EMC common mode chokes, sensor cores, cores for saturable reactors, magnetic amplifiers, beads, and pulse compressors.

Characteristics:
High saturate induction tominimize transformer volume, high permeab ility and low coercivity to promote efficiency of transformers and reduce distributional capacitance, low core loss??minimize temperature rise of transformers, excellent stability??with the highest serving temperature of 130℃ for long time, relatively low cost compared to permalloys.
