1.Summarize:
 
This form of coil cross table which used in releasing mould and hanging of individual transformer coil, it can be used in the whole Coil’s assembly. Its structure is reasonable, using safe and reliable. During the hanging, the coil is non deformation. Coil can be orientated by the direction of the axial when wholly assembled. It is easy for the coil entering the iron core. 
 
2.Brief introduction of structure: 
 
Coils hanger is made up 3 major part: cross hanger, hanger’s arm and hang’s foot. 
Cross hanger: The basement is hanging by hanger’s arm. Retracting and protruding machinery of the hanger’s arm install the basement. The contained angle of hanger’s arm can be adjusted according to requirement within the range of 900~600.
Hanger’s arm: Can be adjusted following the horizontal direction according to diameter in crossing hanger. Two kinds of forms which manual and electronic is adopted. 
Hang’s foot: Can be adjusted following the horizontal direction according to thickness of coil trough the leading to dent which below the hanger’s arm.
Press pole: There is four-press pole in cross hanger, which used for compress the coil tightly in axial direction. 
 
3. Usage method:
 
First, move the hanger’s foot horizontally, align the inside edge of hanger’ arm. Then, in the cross hanger, according to size label, adjust the hanger’s arm to close to diameter of the coil (greater than diameter of coil 30-50 mm slightly). 
Hoist the hanger above to coil, fall down along the outside line of coil.
Push the hanger’s foot inside the coil along horizontal direction; lock the hanger’s foot, using over head crane hoist up the coil. After finishing, retract the hanger’s foot, rise hanger and make it break away from the coil.
