MATERIAL
We use high quality CRGO steels with low iron-loss and high permeability in thickness of 0.23mm, 0.27mm and 0.3mm.
CHARACTERISTIC
It is wounded by a continouse zigzag silicon steel strips . The cross-section is round and the window is rectangular, the flux path is absolutely closed, no magnetic leakage, so its magnetic capability is best of all. The coil winding is easy and high efficiency with R type winding machine and bobbins.
APPLICATION
R core is widely used in 50Hz transformers, current transformers, reactors, chokes and other magnetic components of electronic equipments.
